Psycho.

Copyright © WD, 2021 All rights reserved. I ntriguing title right? I know… lately there has been a rise into the world of psychos and psych related terms. For ease of remembrance for all here are some examples, "sweet but psycho" - A crazy good song by Ava Max, "psychology" - scientific study of mind and behavior, and "psychopaths" - a person suffering from chronic mental disorder with abnormal or violent social behaviour. These are the dictionary meanings of the most popular search words, not what I believe though. I intend to question things ahead in this blog. And arguably question my questions again because I am confused just like the whole world around me is. Clueless and insane! Okay so I had this issue, a great issue. I am a calm person, a person who believes that things can be done with sweet words and gentle reminders. That is me most of the time, but then sometimes I turn into a horrendous monstrous "psycho" as my mum says, because I lo...

Digital Hearts

Image
Copyright © WD, 2021 All rights reserved. Hearts are the most tormented body organs of all. For all the failed relationships, it is the heart that breaks and ends up aching. A pain no painkiller can cure. That is why humans created a virtual heart. The heart that when tapped upon changes into big bright red ones as if given life. We can find these digital hearts on all “social” media platforms. When I was new to the online social platforms, I remember I was not visible. My tweets went into the black hole of the Twitter galaxy and were never accounted for or looked on. I remember talking to myself, and feeling bad, going back and forth on the app to see if someone was generous enough to lend me a heart. Until I made some friends who supported me, I started to learn how to do things. The art to lure people into knowing that you exist. I have been a believer of talent, that if you have something in you someday or the other it will come out. And people will acknowledge it. I was partially ...

Tell Me About Yourself

Image
Copyright © WD, 2021 All rights reserved. Tell me about yourself. A question that can make me go silent forever. An interview lasts for around 20 minutes to an hour and decides about your future. The future that you have been dreaming for yourself. It will be an understatement if I say that people do not get affected by these events in life. If I do a bit of calculation and take an average life span of 80 years then in the about 42 million minutes of your life you spend just 3 thousand minutes on your interview. (Considering that you give 100 interviews throughout your life, 30 minutes each) 1/14000 times of your life. We prepare ourselves to be in our best possible impression. Hair done, shoes shining, formals ironed, tattoos hidden, makeup on that saggy dark under eyes done, and smiles plastered. We spend almost four times more time preparing for these interviews than the time spent in the interview. Endless caffeinated nights, papers scattered everywhere, no time to groom yourself, ...

The Mystery is YOU!

Image
Copyright © WD, 2021 All rights reserved. Yes, I have come to this foreclosure to all the unanswered questions that linger in my brain. That there is a bigger mystery in us than any other multiverse, black hole, or Bermuda Triangle. A drama that we are looking forward to satisfying our brains which demands mystery and thriller in life, it's us. We, humans, are the mystery. Why? Because we have no idea about ourselves. We live in one dimension; as a person who we want to be and not as a person that we already are. We see people all around us, and everyone pretends to be someone else, so we actually see pretenders near us. There are genuine people too who dance to their drums. They are less in numbers, so less that it takes some extraordinary backdrop storyline behind them for us to recognize them, and when we do we start following them. If only admiring them was the limit it would be good but we start trying to become like them in totality rotating the hell loop. When we see people ...
